Aepron is a recipe management and cooking app with on-device AI recipe parsing. Your privacy matters to us, and this policy explains how we handle your data.
Aepron does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data.
All recipe data, preferences, and settings are stored locally on your device using a local database. No account or login is required to use the app.
Aepron uses a locally bundled AI model for recipe parsing. All AI inference runs entirely on your device. Your recipes and text input are never sent to any server or cloud service for processing.
Aepron uses RevenueCat to manage in-app purchases. RevenueCat processes anonymous transaction data provided by Apple App Store or Google Play Store to verify your purchase. RevenueCat does not receive your recipes, personal information, or any data you enter in the app. For more information, see RevenueCat’s Privacy Policy.
If you choose to back up your recipes, Aepron can store a backup file in your personal iCloud container. This is optional and controlled entirely by you. Aepron does not access any other iCloud data.
Aepron does not use any analytics, advertising, or tracking services.
All app data is stored on your device using a local SQLite database. You can export your data at any time from the Settings screen.
Aepron retains your data only on your device for as long as the app is installed. You can delete all app data at any time by uninstalling the app. If you use the iCloud backup feature (iOS), you can delete the backup file from your iCloud storage through your device settings.
Aepron does not collect any data from anyone, including children under the age of 13.
If we update this policy, the changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
